The Excel import feature is handled server-side, parsing uploaded spreadsheet data and mapping it directly into the database, significantly reducing administrative overhead for high-volume hiring campaigns. The underlying data layer uses a relational database to store and manage job listings, applications, and related content, with the admin panel communicating through server-side scripting to keep the front-end content always up to date.
